An internal application which allows performance tracking for hospitals within THR’s network.
The Problem: THR has a vast network of hospitals across Texas, each with their own tracking system and no centralized overview into the data.
The solution: Create one tool that would uniformly track performance at each hospital and allow managers at all levels to see permissioned performance data.
Challenges
Challenging structure. The app had to allow for the highest levels of management to see data at the top as well as for them to dig through 4 levels of the org chart – c-suite, area performance, hospital performance, division performance
